When Barmuda Corp’s office, warehouse, and distribution facility was ruined in the flood of 2008, owner Darin Beck came to Lockard Construction with a new vision: One facility to house all of his companies.  Scheduled for completion in March 2009, the building will house Barmuda Corp, Phantom EFX, and T8 Design. The new office and warehouse complex spans 53,000 square feet and is located at 900 Technology Parkway in Cedar Falls, Iowa,
