Rhyne Station: Charlotte, NC

Rhyne Station is a $300 million West Charlotte office and retail project that will also contain a 100-room hotel and more than 450 town homes and apartments. The 131-acre site will be bisected by a new leg of Interstate 485 at Mount Holly Road. Rhyne Station is expected to eventually contain a theater, multiple restaurants and shops, two auto dealerships and a 120,000 square foot big box retailer.
